Pest investigations and full site surveys

Our pest control team will always carry out a full site survey and investigation prior to any works being initiated. The initial investigation is to identify the pest we are dealing with and the best means of prevention or eradication. When dealing with rats it is important to find out how they are entering your property. This could be down to something as simple as a broken airbrick or as complicated as a collapsed sewer drain. Either way we can carryout repairs where necessary. Rats normally enter properties in search for food and safe nesting sites, which means a rat issue can grow to an infestation in no time at all.

On completion of each visit, we will write out a report to include action taken and pesticides used during the visit.

We are members of Wild Life Aware and the British Pest Control Association. We are Safe Contractor Approved and have over two decades experience in all aspects of pest control and eradication.

The BPCA is an organisation representing, supporting and assuring all member companies.

Wild Life Aware, also known as CRRU (Campaign for Responsible Rodenticide Use) was set up to promote the safe use of rodenticides in our industry. Understanding how and why rodenticides find their way into our wildlife, allows pest controllers to maintain a high level of professionalism. There is so much more to controlling rodents than just throwing down a handful of rodenticide and hoping for the most. Rodenticide as a means of rodent control can be absolutely necessary in certain circumstances, however all other means of control, i.e traps and proofing must be carried out first where possible.
